The Performance Lab is built for one kind of athlete: the country club member who plans to keep playing for the next thirty years. We’re a full-service performance and recovery practice, run by Doctors of Physical Therapy, with a refined clinical method developed across years of treating country club members and tournament-level athletes. Dry needling, assisted stretch, sports and deep-tissue work, cupping, and clinician-prescribed corrective exercise — chosen for what your body needs, not what’s on the room’s menu. Every session is one-on-one with a doctorate-level clinician — fully dedicated to you, never double-booked. Reinforced by a professional-grade Recovery Lounge powered by Hyperice. We don’t react to your injuries. We work to keep you ahead of them.
Embedded, not visiting.
The Performance Lab partners with select private clubs to embed doctorate-level performance and recovery care into daily club operations — full-time, on-site, coordinated with golf professionals and trainers. Not a referral relationship. Not a traveling clinic. A dedicated team inside the club’s rhythm, supporting members before, during, and after play. When a club brings us in, we don’t visit. We work there.
